[Q] How long will it take to get my order?

[A] All embroidered items are made to order and take 7-10 business days for delivery. Non-embroidered items are delivered within 3-5 business days.

 

[Q] How will my orders ship?

[A] Orders will be delivered to the JFI – Canton, North Sioux City, Sioux Falls Receiving for distribution to you at no additional charge. Orders sent to home addresses will be shipped via the US Postal Service and will incur shipping and handling charges.

[Q] What about items not shown on the Johnson Feed online store?

[A] The items that are on the JFI online store are pre-approved items. Nordic Premiums is always open to suggestions for new products. Please feel free to email your suggestions to premium@gundersons.com.

[Q] What if my purchases don’t fit?

[A] As all embroidered items are made to order, we are unable to exchange items if they do not fit. Call 888-732-6443 or email premium@gundersons.com for sizing information.

[Q] Why are there charges on my credit card to Gunderson’s Jewelers in Sioux City?

[A] The JFI Online Store is operated by Nordic Premiums, a Gunderson Company, and all credit card transactions are processed through Gunderson’s retail store.

[Q] What color will the logo on my shirt be?

[A] The logo color will depend on the color of the item you order. Generally Royal blue with silver backing is used. If you have color preferences please advise in the additional notes on your order form.
